Interviewed Jun 2010 in Geleen (Netherlands) (took 2 days)
over two days I had one-on-one interviews with 10 people which involved both technical questions and quesitons on my career plan in the short and long term. The company specificly required long term committment. The company seems to have a relaxed culture but they do ask for effeciency. They give their researchers some freedom and require entrepreneurship. This seems to be a good company for motivated people and not so good for people who likes to to ordered what to do.
