Interview Details – Had a phone interview, the recruiting coordinator was okay. The questions was pretty standard, such as: explain about yourself, the experience that I have, why do I applied for the job etc. I didn't get an offer, probably because I asked too high salary for the position.
Interview Question – None. Like I said, it was standard questions on the job interviews. Answer Question

Interview Details – April 12th, 2013 applied online, April 15th, received an email from recruiter wanting to setup a phone interview, April 17th, recruiter called at specified time, asked various questions, a lot geared towards how I work with others and handle stress on the job. It took about 20 minutes. At the conclusion of the phone interview the recruiter asked if I would like to proceed onto the next step which was an online questionnaire and explained if I did well she would then forward it to the clinic I applied for the hiring manager to look over. She emailed it shortly after and I completed/submitted it right away. April 22, received a call from clinic hiring manager to set up in-person interview. April 30th, had one on one interview that was pretty layed back. At the end I was asked if I would like to shadow for a few hours on May 3rd, and I did. I asked lots of questions while shadowing. At the end I was told there we're a couple more people she was going to interview and she would be back in touch with me. May 6th, I was called and offered the position. May 7, received online paperwork that I completed/submitted that same day. May 8th, received/completed online paperwork for background check & printed paper for drug screen. Interview Details – Appointment was set as any routine interview. I was interviewed by the Inter Disciplinary Team (IDT) I thought it was nice that team members were allowed to have some input into the decision. Interview was like a conversation. I was asked about specific instances where I had to address a particular situation. Interview was about 45 minutes. Interview was designed to be relaxed, but I had the usual butterflies when interviewing in front of a group of people.
Interview Question – Given your depth of experience and positions, how will you work in this position that has less leadership responsibility? Answer Question

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Denver, CO Oct 2012 – Reviewed Apr 12, 2013
Interview Details – I was invited for an interview through a private recruiting agency. The interview lasted about 1.5 hours and I was interviewed by two different individuals, one who would be my direct supervisor, and another from a different department. The questions weren't typically complex to answer but I was caught off my guard a bit as this was my first interview where 2 people were present. The standard interview questions were asked, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what are your strengths, how do you handle stress and pressure, etc. After 3 days of the interview I was contacted with an offer for employment.
Interview Question – The questions were typical and nothing unexpected (I had been prepping from a long list of interview questions I gathered online), however the most unexpected was when they didn't ask me to "tell them a little about myself" like all other interviews I've done. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Working through a recruitment agency there was no negotiation.

Interview Details – Completed application online, was called by a recuiter the next day. Interview scheduled for the following day. I was told that I would have a panel interview, however, my interview was with a hiring manager only. Took a week to follow up. Accepted Offer

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Apr 2013 – Reviewed Apr 7, 2013
Interview Details – A pretty laid back phone interview was the first step. Questions around my resume were asked but there were no trick questions. The second interview was a face to face in person interview and was a bit challenging at times. There were some very pointed questions, including one where they asked me to walk the 3 person panel through the process of how I would present a solution to a client from begining to end. The interview process was professional and cordial.
Interview Question – There were a few where they picked phrases right out of my resume and asked me to explain each in detail. I would highly recommend knowing your resume (and all that is on it) inside out, and being able to talk to each point in some detail, as well as being able to relate them to real life examples. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Pretty straight forward - they offered me a package better than what the position offered.
