Interview Details – I was hired on the basis of a panel phone interview.

Interview Question – Nothing specific comes to mind. A very average interview   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I was given two prior offers before I accepted the third one

Interview Details – Casual, friendly, rushed.

Interview Question – I was asked if I would take on duties outside of my job description   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Very reasonable. I spoke to the individual from the "Welcome Wagon" and just asked for a reasonable offer. The offer was reasonable and there was no need to negotiate.
