Interviewed Mar 2010 in Parsippany, NJ (took a day)
4 interviews back to back with director, senior director, HR, and executive director. Not sure they knew what they wanted in a candidate, one wanted more of a marketer and another wanted more of a medical person and neither seemed happy with a hybrid. Leadership is a big deal and they take their time vetting candidates to ensure a corporate "fit". Great office location right by a Hilton and easy access from roads.

Interviewed May 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
I was an employee referral. They were very unorganized, and asked me to come interview at the last minute. I did not interview wth the people they said I would interview with. I never received a call back. I did not do very well on the interview because it was so last minute and rushed. Their salary is lower than average, although their bonus is supposed to be much higher. I just did not have a good feeling. However my friend who referred me, loves working for the company. It was not a right fit for me. I was disappointed I did not a get phone call sayng they have moved on since I was an employee referral. However i understand that is difficult at times.

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 1+ week)
The interview process was quick and to the point - I was not haggled around or put off like a lot of companies did. I applied online, did a phone interview the following week, was scheduled for a DM interview that week and before I made it home was called back for an RM interview. Shortly before arriving home for that, I was called with an offer. I wish all companies were that easy to deal with!

Interviewed Mar 2010 in San Jose, CA (took 3 days)
Very professional interview. Phone screen was conducted by a third party HR company, 1:1 interview and panel interview consisted of District Sales Manager and District Sales Manager and other local area District Sales Manager. Conservative company with a strong work ethic. Activity based evaluation schedule (number of calls per day, dinner/speaker programs per month, lunches per week, conducting local area business meetings with other districts and team members, etc.) vs. sales results/market share results.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Administrative burden too great.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 4 weeks)
This was a typical interview process with 2 phone interviews and 2 F2F interviews. The format was behavioral with a lot of time spent on business planning and implementation and the results that followed. On both F2F interviews we went through my brag book page by page and spent extra time on my yearly reviews, rank reports, and field coaching reports. We talked a lot about my strategy for increasing market share and how I will change my current plan to ensure I am the #1 rep in the country (currently top 10%). They were also interested in experience in cardiology and interventional cardiology in particular. They ultimately offered the position to a candidate with existing relationships with key cardiologists in the territory.

Interviewed Jul 2009 (took 3 months)
Conducted 2 phone interviews. 1st was with Human Resources and then next one was with Hiring Manager. After that, I had a face to face with Hiring Manager. 2nd face to face was with Hiring Manager and another manager. Final interview was conducted at Regional Headquarters with Regional Director. The entire process seemed to take a long time, but the Hiring Manager did keep me updated.

There was some wiggle room for negotiation on salary. They bring new hires in rated on 1 of 2 salary levels. From there, you have the opportunity to increase your base salary in 18 months. This increase is dependent on your performance and sales during your 1st year.
