Interview Details – I was an employee referral. They were very unorganized, and asked me to come interview at the last minute. I did not interview wth the people they said I would interview with. I never received a call back. I did not do very well on the interview because it was so last minute and rushed. Their salary is lower than average, although their bonus is supposed to be much higher. I just did not have a good feeling. However my friend who referred me, loves working for the company. It was not a right fit for me. I was disappointed I did not a get phone call sayng they have moved on since I was an employee referral. However i understand that is difficult at times.

Interview Details – Quick process from initial phone interview to 1:1. I was told would be contacted either way if moving on to interview Regional Manager. Of course, as usual, did not happen. After one week, called recruiter back and she had no idea what was going on and she seemed a little confused. They were moving fast in the beginning but still no decision 3 weeks later. Finally received e-mail communication that was not moving on to next round. Don't think anything has been done since position is still listed on sites. Not sure they know what they are looking for. To credit the manager, was very interesting to talk to and knew pharma, just not sure knew what he wanted.
