Very Easy Interview
I applied in-person and interviewed at Dairy Queen.
Interview Details – Hired as fountain clerk-took all of 3 minutes-I was breathing and could write--didn't care about previous jobs or experience-just wanted to know IF I would show up for work everyday. Was started that day-no training-given a list of items and prices and told to start waiting on customers--I was really bad at it, but I learned and now teach newbies so they are not embarrassed and they come back.
Interview Question – Will you show up for work everyday??-they said most don't. View Answer
Negotiation Details – None-I was oiffered a job to start immediately at minimum wage and grabbed it.
No questions, no expectations, hours listed 10-5 were so off the mark--worked both shifts lots of days cause somebody didn't show up.
Made overtime everyweek-10-20 hours so I could pay the bills. Was just thankful for the chance.
