the initial interview was done online and you are asked a series of questions. If you are a qualifing candidant then they will set up a face to face interview withe the direct employer. At this interview, the HR manager will also as tjhe general interview questions of why you think you qualify and what can you bring to the job. If you pass the interview then you will be sent to take a drug test. Once you pass that then you are able to start working.
