Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 5 days)
Enter a room with an HR person and two people. Repeat two times. Each time, the theo people ask questions they define as "situational." You answer. They take notes. Second half in each interview deals with "technical" questions. example "Tell me of a time you learned something. What was it, what did you do, and so" No problem with the question. When I asked them to carify the question, they replied similar to "I think this questions means..." If they did not know, how was I?
