Interviewed Mar 2010 in White Plains, NY (took 4 months)
Actually have interviewed with Dannon twice over the past several years. Both times I have received no followup after my face to face interviews. Talk about unprofessional. Interviews were pretty standard about past positions and projects I've worked on. Was recently contacted by one of their HR people about an opening. Made me laugh.
I realize the economy is tough and people will take what they can get, but if you have options, avoid this company and their lack of professionalism.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in South Salt Lake, UT (took 4 days)
These people were empowered with the ability to hire in their department as they saw fit. There were 14 people in the credit department. I saw 8 of them in 2 panel settings. They were considerate of my time and allowed me to ask any questions I had about the company and position. Most of the questions posed to me were personal regarding work history, management decisions I had made to streamline processes. Their corporate culture deserve more play in other corporations. There is emphasis on individual development.
They ended up hiring someone within the company to fill the position. All in all the interview process was positive and the people regretfully ones that I could have bonded with easily. sigh.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in White Plains, NY (took 3 weeks)
Following my internship with Danone Paris, I had a few exploratory phone interviews with HR, the BM and Marketing Director for the group. I was then invited for a day of in person interviews that consisted of 5 one on one meetings with behavioral questions and brain teasers

I interviewed with Necia, I was not at all impressed with her - she was rude, no opportunity to ask questions, not a competent leader, no respect for the selection process. No follow-up from her after the interview. Lack of respect for candidates and no true professionalism. Clearly there are some cultural and morale issues at the Utah plant.

It went fairly quickly and was relatively painless...there were several interviews - about 4 if I remember correctly.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Big application/testing process to screen candidates. Also, presentation at panel interview. Behavioral questions asked in a casual setting-use caution. A lot of follow up required to keep process moving with phone calls and emails with no response at times. This part needs improvement, they need to realize that people need to know where they stand.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Salt Lake City, UT (took 3 weeks)
Plant was hard to get in, the gate wasn't working correctly or something. Beeped to get in but it went to someone's voicemail. Traffic backed up behind me. One guy was yelling at me from his truck. Asked the girl behind me how to get in. She was nice & scanned her card.
Interviewed with a manager one-on-one, then with a panel of people. Manager seemed nice, outgoing, friendly. Panel seemed cold and distant. Decided it probably wasn't a place I wanted to work. Some guy yelling at a stranger who was obviously having an issue with the gate. And people who interviewed weren't really nice. (Other than the manager, he seemed nice).

Interviewed Apr 2008 (took 4+ weeks)
Interviewed first over the phone and then in person with local and corporate HR managers. Questions were behavior based but not very thorough. Definitely not an intense interview process, they go by feel. The process was lengthy and I had to push the issue to get it wrapped up.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
Very friendly, helpful organization. Had two 2-1 interviews which was different than what I had previously experienced. Pretty intense to have them all back-to-back, but they did go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Get bonus points for communicating via phone rather than emai.
