I applied online. The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Danone in October 2013.

    Interview Details

Went to Assessment day in Ealing, London. People were very friendly but the whole elimination process was quite 'X-Factor'. Took verbal and numerical reasoning tests in morning, then had talks about 'Interview Techniques' and 'About Danone'. In the afternoon we were divided into groups of 5/6 and were given 10 minutes to read a brochure about Danone's market statistics. We then had a further 50 minutes to devise a marketing plan for a new product and present it to 2 Danone employees. If you passed that stage, you were allowed to stay the night and to have a one on one interview the next day.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week - interviewed at Danone in October 2013.

    Interview Details

Sent my application through referral, got contacted by the manager who asked me for a first interview. The next day, I had another interview with the operational manager. A few days later, the HR called for a 30 min phone interview and finally got validated.

Most of the questions where behavioral that aren't very unexpected nor difficult to answer if you prepared well. It is very important to show confidence and smile. They look for someone who can integrate well with the team, "a professional with a good sense of humor", a good team player - since it is a small team (relatively to other departments in the company) and they focus a lot on that.
