No Offer – Interviewed in Milano (Italy) Jan 2013 – Reviewed Apr 8, 2013
Interview Details –
The first step was a group interview (10 people more or less) in which: we had to introduce ourselves pretending to be a cartoon character and then test our teamwork and leadership skills through two different case studies. After this step we did an IQ/logical/mathematics test.
After the lunch time, only some of us were called to do the face to face interview with HR and BM responsible. These are the questions that I remember:
- Describe yourself;
- What are your strenghts and weaknesses?
- Describe a situation in which you were unconfortable. How did you handle it?
After watching a TV advertising, the BM asked to me:
- What is the promise, the RTB and the insight of the ADV?
- What is the market segmentation?

Interview Details –
I had the luck to participate in a consulting project at Danone, which was really a "course" at my University. They happened to like me and so in the summer I asked for a summer internship. I was asked by their recruiting company to do a numerical and verbal test, as well as a case presentation within a group of peers.
One month went by and they offered me a position as a Trainee. I just had one interview with Human Resources just for them to get to know me: it was really casual, as my project supervisor was also interviewing me and already knew me very well.
Interview Question – Why Danone? This was quite expected though. View Answer
Negotiation Details – No negotiation, really.
Pros:
Casual profile
Dynamic (it is not unusual for entire projects happen within a couple months)
Discounted goods
