- received call from dar via monster.com
- had telephonic chat with HOD
- Talked about jobs done on past, knowledge about rules and regulations
- dar was Impressed but not confident for employment, so insisted for personal interview
- In personal interview get clarified & confidence level was higher
- Employed & Hr Interview was held for final confiramtion/acceptance of salary package
- Salary was too low as per experience, but expected rise after join & show confidence in employer
- Accepted offer.

Was called for a technical interview and got interviewed by two senior managers.
This was followed by a behavioral interview two weeks later.

I gave my C.V. to a friend of mine to submit to the company, the Head of Department told my friend that I should come for an interview. I went at the pre-agreed appointment, was interviewed on a 1:1 basis.
The interview covered technical purposes and tested my Fluency in English languge.

No negotiation, there is a scale in the salaries, and all other parts of the package (Medical Insurance, bonus, Travel compensations...etc) were constant and unnegotiatiable.

As they really dont require any sound technical knowledge , they are just veryfing that whether you are interested or not to work with them. so nothing great about the interview and If you are from some good university they will recruit you. thats all and all the best. be confident and just impress them.
