intial walk in - fill in application and 175 question personality test - make sure you interact with current staff, as apparently that is part of the application process, smile at current servers, be upbeat and positive and friendly - wait to be contacted by manager, will be given a 1.1 interview and taken for a tour of restaurant and kitchen - please remember to wear suitable shoes so they can do this, otherwise you will not be able to tour the kitchen area. you will then wait for a call and go and answer questions with the General Manager. Once hired you will need to supply your own shirts and trousers for the uniform and non slip shoes - expect to outlay for your uniform. they will give you an apron and tie and any other things required for the job - expect to describe a wonderful favorite dish to the G.M during the interview....!

Interviewed May 2010 (took 3 days)
Showed up for the second interview but the manager was busy and I was told to come back the next day. The restaurant is 45 minutes from my house so this annoyed me that I got dressed and drove there for nothing. Other than that the 3 interviews went well and were not difficult.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Austin, TX (took 3 days)
This is a typical interview process. After turning in my resume I had a couple of past employers also submit recommendations on my behalf. This I believe is what really got my foot in the door. They had been trying to fill this position for over a year and were quite particular on who they wanted to hire. Having a good reputation for what I do really helped. I had a phone interview with the President of the company. He then proceeded to fly out to Austin to interview me in person. Once he approved me I was interviewed by the management at the location I would be banquet manager of. They believed I was a good fit as well and I began the next week.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Rock Hill, SC (took 2 days)
I turned in my application on Saturday. (Good time to turn in application is Monday through Friday 2-4 pm. Best to apply online.) I got a call back on Monday to come in on Tuesday. Interviewed with Sales Manager. Got a call back on Wednesday and was asked to come in next day for final interview with General Manager. Fairly easy, not too much pressure. Got hired on spot and began orientation the next Tuesday.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 3 days)
Interview was pretty basic. Managers asked questions about past serving experience and why I was interested in the company. I had 3 interviews, each with a different manager in the restaurant. I was offered a position by the general manager in my last interview. My advice would be to go over the restaurant's website before your interview, find something about the concept of the restaurant you can talk about it your interview. Looking over the menu once or twice wouldn't hurt either.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Chatsworth, CA (took 2 days)
The process began with an online questionnaire. This lasted roughly 45 minutes. I received an email several days later for my first in person interview. This lasted all of 15 minutes with the manager reading off of a sheet. Only asked 5 total questions.
Second interview was a week later. Much more detailed questions. Asked about why I choose that store to apply, would I be willing to commit to a schedule for the next 3-4 months, what position in the store was most important, etc.
I haven't heard back as of yet.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took a day)
Sat down first with one of the assistant managers and was asked general personality questions and whether I get anxious in high stress situations. Once he cleared me I sat down with the GM and was asked "what if" scenario questions. These were not super complex and consisted of how I would handle an angry customer, what stressful situation have I dealt with in my life.
