Interviewed Oct 2009 in Orlando, FL (took a day)
Received a quick response to my resume submission asking for a phone interview, which was scheduled for two days out.
During the phone screen and subsequently, Interaction with recruiter was "off" from the beginning; s/he was not very personable and thus hard to read. (Definitely caused me to be a little more nervous!)
Had in-person interviews with appx. four people before taking a series of tests and concluding the interview.
Followed up with letters to each interviewer.

Interviewed May 2008 (took 2 days)
The sent me to home office in Orlando after I had an interview with the local director of operations. I met one on one with higher management and they asked me about what I could bring to the company if I was accepted as a manager to their team and I told them how Iong I have been with the company and how passionate I am about the company's core values and what the company has done for me. I said what I learned over the years on my own and what knowledge I gained from working with other managers and GMs that I l would be easily transitioned into becoming a manager for this company because it was like second nature to me already.

Interviewed May 2010 in Orlando, FL (took a day)
I interviewed with two managers of the department. The interview process was a standard. I got the impression that I may have been overqualified or not a fit for what they were looking for, because the interviewer kept expressing that there would be no immediate room for growth. The position was more administrative than it actually was related to PR. Both interviewers were friendly and the facility was lovely. Darden seemed like it would be a great company to work for.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Orlando, FL (took 2 days)
I first applied online through Darden's online application process. My uncle also works there (uncle-in-law, really), and he personally delivered my resume to the HR recruiter, who, I was told, had a very positive reaction to it. Thus, we were pretty sure I would get at least one interview.
I ended up having 3 interviews for this position. First, I was contacted by the HR recruiter in December 2009, and we discussed my resume and experiences for about 30 minutes. She asked me very general questions. At the end of our conversation, she asked to schedule a second interview, again with just her.
The second interview (end of December 2009) was a more in-depth questioning about my background, why I wanted to work for Darden, how my skills would apply to the job, etc. She also asked questions about challenges I've faced, what my boss would say about me, what challenges I think I would have in the new position, etc. She also gave me time to ask questions, and she obliged when I asked for a tour. The tour was great, of course, and she walked me around the first floor so I could see the entry, eating area, cafeteria, health center, and fitness center. As she walked me out, I was told that she would get back with me to schedule an interview with the managers and to take proofreading and personality tests.
The recruiter called me back and scheduled a third interview (January 2010) with the manager and department manager that I would be working under. These were 2 separate interviews, one with each person. Again, they both went over my resume and asked me general questions about how my qualifications would work in the position. Again, they each gave me time to ask questions at the end. No tests, though, even though I was told there might be two at this interview.
After that, I wrote my thank-you notes and waited.
I didn't hear back from anybody for five weeks, when finally the recruiter called me to tell me that they had decided to move forward with another candidate. I was disappointed, especially since I had never had the chance to take any test to prove my skills.
Overall, the experience was great, though, and the interviews were fun and enjoyable. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, and I'm still very motivated to find a job and start a career there.

they want to people with full available time, or two jobs in the restaurant business, kids, that you really need a job, and your life depend on it, because if you go there and you say something like i live with my parents, i don't have another job, i 'm just studding right now, but i want some extra money to save for a trip or x reason, they will take you as your 2nd choice, people like that usually just work for a few days, then they quit as soon they realize that is not so fun and that the job is hard, and dirty.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 2 days)
I applied in person, got a call from them about a week later. I had 2 interviews - first with sales manager, then with general manager. First interview was about 10-15 minutes, he asked me about my previous experience quickly went through the job duties and policies. The interview with GM was also short (about 15 minutes maybe), she asked a few personal questions and offered to answer any questions that i might have. She told me right there that i got a job
