    I applied online. The process took a dayinterviewed at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Alliance in October 2009.

    Interview

    There were two telephone interviews. The first interview was scheduled by email with an HR representative. That interview went well, questions were appropriate, good give and take. If the HR rep felt that the applicant was a suitable candidate, the HR rep sent comments and application to the hiring managers for them to decide if they wanted a group telephone interview. The telephone interview was scheduled. I felt that the telephone interview was a difficult because there was a lot of noise on the line, probably from use of a speaker phone and rustling papers, etc. There seemed to be rush depending on the interest of the various parties. There was not the opportunity for give and take.
