Interview Details – Submit my resume on Monster, then got an email about the first phone screening interview. Schedule a time, a recruiter asked about education background and my previous working experience. And then the question about 'how do you think you fit this job' It only lasts about the twenty minutes and then I just waited for the feedback...

No Offer – Interviewed in Westminster, CO Feb 2011 – Reviewed Apr 1, 2011

Interview Details – Initial phone screen with HR, then met with 4 people, 1:1 for an hour each. 4 hours seemed long, and a bit repetitive. It would have been nice to maybe double up the people. By the end it was hard to remember if you told them something, or if you were repeating yourself with the same questions.
