Interviewed May 2009 (took 3 weeks)
The process was pretty straight forward - phone interview was approximately 30 minutes; followed by an online skills test (including: BI, Excel and DB/SQL questions - although I am told they have stopped this part of the interview process). The face-to-face part was, albeit a little daunting at first, I have to wait an extra 20 minutes, the most informative and challenging of all 3. They really like situational/behavioral questions especially conflict resolution kinds... tells a lot about what you might be in for when you actually start working there.
