Interviewed Aug 2010 in Musselburgh, Scotland (United Kingdom) (took a day)
For such a technical role you will be asked about regular expressions, a bit of JavaScript and basic algorithms like binary search (with insertion point). If you are seasoned developer, the interview will be easy and they will give you enough time to think over the answers.
There's a lot of turnover in this company, so any advice about people would be outdated. This is probably an indication that it is not a good company for most people to work in but your mileage may vary.

Negotiation Details
Basically salary is non-negotiable. If you get an offer, before accepting, ask about the kind of work you will do and the tools you will use. This is the only way to assess whether it is really the right job for you. If you are a seasoned developer, it probably isn't because they are just looking for casual programmers. They often cheat, e.g. advertising a boring webscraper role as a real developer position. Furthermore they are using a very outdated technology to do web harvesting. Watch out for such traps!
