Very responsive to setting up interview. One on one lunch at restaurant. Talked to internal recruiter and hiring manager. Smart people. Privately owned so no financila transparency. Third generation owner/CEO. Not big spenders. Low key culture. Low public profile. Did not hear back from company for several weeks. Great reputation in the community. Corporate office houses all administrators; "we don't make money in this location." Thousands of employees world wide. Conversational interview interspersed with piercing questions may catch you off guard.
