Like most other consulting companies, Dean's initial interview for the Associate Consultant position was a case interview. In my case, it was estimating the number of tokens required for a cruise ship - standard numbers analysis. It's important (for Dean at least) to explain your analysis as you think it through i.e., do not think in silence. The whole process lasted about half an hour, standard for on-campus interviews like this one. I believe there was a 2nd interview the next day, and possibly a final interview at the company's headquarters.

Campus recruiting and then a case interview, asked me to talk about different markets and which would be the best to get involved in based on certain criteria. They were very nice, never heard back after my first round interview

The communication process was okay only that they told me they would not offer me a job after about 3 rounds of interviews and meeting with them face to face by leaving a voice message. And once I returned the call they didn't call me back.
