Anonymous Employee in London, England
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Decision Resources Group (London, England) in Aug 2017
Short interview first round with general questions. A few weeks later there was a half-day assessment centre for the second round with presentation to the team, writing test, analysis part, and interviews with senior team members. Offer sent out a few weeks later. Good experience overall and somewhat representative of the actual job.
- Why would you like to work here?
- Describe an achievement you are proud of.
- What was a challenge you faced in your professional career and how did you handle it?
Anonymous Employee in Burlington, MA
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Decision Resources Group (Burlington, MA) in May 2015
Initial 30 minute phone interview, then an in-person full-day interview. This second round consisted of 4 one-on-one interviews with bosses and coworkers and a writing and presentation assessment. They were assessing fit with the team, as well as scientific knowledge and communication skill. Nothing particularly surprising.
- What do you like most about writing? What do you find most challenging about writing?
