Interviewed Mar 2011 in Cincinnati, OH (took 2 weeks)
A friend referred me to the company for an open interview and presentation for friends and family of current employees. They were kind from the beginning, very professional and friendly. They even provided Panera Bread breakfast! They had a presentation on how the company began, what it does and what we do as employees. They are very organized, the facility is very clean and nice. After the presentation they had 10 minute one on one interviews. They gave you information and what was required of the job, asked questions and then gave you a phone number to call the following morning (at least for me), the phone call was the phone interview portion and they gave you a script you read when you called. I had to call randomly at 8:50am and it only took 5 minutes. After I read the script, he gave me his opinion of it and explained the rest of the hiring process. They keep in touch with you mainly through e-mail and the next step was going through a background check and drug test. They give you everything you need and provide you with all the information you need to know, again they are very organized and made this process a breeze! It only took 2 days for the drug test results to get back to the company and they had me start training the following Monday! I'm still employed although very new to it and I must say I am excited. They put a lot of thought and effort into the employees they hire so they make me feel so good just by being hired and it doesn't stop there management is very friendly and personable, as are the employees! It's a great work environment, it makes work feel less like "work". There motto is to "Work harder on yourself than you do on you job." and you don't hear that very often! Oh yeah not to mention the benefits are pretty good too.
My advice to other interview candidates is to of course make a good presentation. Be friendly, prompt, aware and just listen to what they say, they will take care of you! You have to be a self-motivated person and the interview/hiring process sounds intense at first, but it's not you get through it and get on the phones.
