I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week - interviewed at Degenkolb Engineers in December 2010.

    Interview Details

The hiring and interview process were very quick. I did a phone interview for my initial interview, which was about 30 minutes long. I was called back 4 working days later and asked to come in and sit for a live interview. The live interview was about 1 hour, during which I was asked to complete a series of CAD tasks in an alotted amount of time.

Talked to two higher ups. They gave a technical test (think analysis of a truss and basic member design) which wasnt really hard but could catch you off guard if you didnt know about it. I kind of felt like the interviewers might have been trying to psyche me out during the interview.
