Received and Accepted Offer

Interviewed Apr 2007 (took 2 months)
This was a job offered through the career center at my school. For the first round they came to campus and hr held short informational interviews all day. Two weeks later I was invited to a second round interview. This was second round date for graduate and undergraduate candidates. It began with an overview of dell and tour of the company in the morning followed by interviews at a large hotel ballroom that was set up with massive number of curtained off interview rooms. You sat behind a table with a schedule and four groups of two came in for a half hour each. Director level in the group you were interviewing for paired with recent MBA graduates. Pretty standard informational interview. No stumpers, no teases. Painless actually. After two hours there were cookies.
Two months later I got a call and an offer.

Negotiation Details
Pretty straightforward, almost choreographed. A lot of classmates received offers so it was known how high you would end up. So they made the offer, I said I need x, they said you're crazy we can do this. I said let me think and then took the offer. Not a lot of wiggle room.
