The initial interview was a very straightforward behavioral interview, but the on-site interviews were performed in a large open room with curtains separating the interviewees. It turned out to be a very awkward couple of panel interviews. But overall, Dell seemed to be a nice company, and they tour you around their massive campus during the day as well as a bus tour of Austin.

Had a one on one interview on school campus then was invited to interview at their headquarters in Round Rock. They took us out to dinner the week of the interview to answer any questions we had and to meet current employees. The second round consisted of 3 one on one interviews and then a tour of the facilities and a brief presentation, followed by lunch
