Interviewed Jan 2012 in Peoria, IL (took a day)
It started by simple conversation about the weekend plan. Then the manager started to talk about Dell Service, and what the opportunities are. Then we started to go over my resume, and I realized that he started to get distracted. As I went over my resume, I would stop and see if he would add some comments, and he didn't add anything and that became a dead silence. Because it was a phone interview, I almost thought I got disconnected, but he was still listening. Even until the end of the interview, when I was asking questions, his answer would not be more than 1 sentence. It wasn't that pleasant of an experience.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
They called for the opening and asked for my interest. After my acknowledgment they scheduled a telephonic interview. A day after I received the interview call. There were two tech guys and the interview went for more than 1 hour.
After 1 week the they called me for 1:1 interview which again went for more than 1 hour. 1week later I got a call that I am through with that round. 4 days later I got a call from the PM and he discussed my aspirations, types of expertise and other question that a PM can asks. After that I was informed that I'll be getting a call from client for the last round. More than a week later Client round was scheduled this round lasted for 30 mins. And that how I got into this company.
Lastly I would say It depends on the requirement, how many rounds the hiring team wants to take to get you onboard.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Round Rock, TX (took a day)
Had the first round on campus. Pretty standard behavioral interview where 2 seniors (I had the CFO himself and a senior finance director) asked you a lot of questions going through your resume. Very interactive but it was awkward for you to try to avoid just talking to one person...
Second/final round in their Austin (Round Rock) HQ. Very unorganized set-up where candidates were placed in "booths" with curtains as separators so you could hear other people talking while you were in your interviews. We weren't given a list of who our interviewers were going to be so it was impossible to prepare beforehand (including what questions to ASK them). Consisted of 3 one-on-one interviews. Types of questions asked depend on the interviewers. But they definitely want you to know their culture (big on the whole "ambiguity" thing meaning without detailed instructions you can be creative and still solve the problem or finish an assignment) and their news/big organizational changes.
Ended with a lunch where a panel was available to answer questions. Very casual. They offered us Mexican foods including tacos and all those messy albeit yum stuff. Then a tour of Austin.
I didn't get the job since they decided that they didn't want to sponsor international candidates last year, or this year, in fact. :(
