I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Dell in June 2012.
Interview Details –
Firstly got a call from a recruiter of Dell regarding the opening for HR Corordinator. He explained the job description and responsibilities. Asked related questions for the role and asked me to come down for the face to face round.
At the second round 2 people took interview one after the other, they asked me to explain my day to day activity. Later iI got to know that they are looking for an individual who is good in MS Excel, where I did not have hardcore experience on it.
