The first round was technical and around webservices. Pretty complex. They also pay special attention to everything in the resume and pretty picky about the questions they would ask. eg I had worked on Hibernate 3 years back and they kept on drilling me about it.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
