mostly behavioral interview questions asked. was one on one with a senior consultant at a university career center. she was very friendly and the interview went well. months went by without hearing from them, then out of the blue they called and made me an offer. gave me a short deadline to accept which limited my options. still must pass drug test and background check which will not be a problem.

I was interviewed by three managers in the department. They asked the standard Dell questions such as - Tell me about a time when you voiced an opinion that you knew you would face opposition to.
The panel was courteous, nice and answered all my questions in a fairly good amount of detail. Overall, they treated me well and I enjoyed my interview experience.
