Met at my universities' career fair and submitted my resume.
Follow up phone interview: asked about school projects, previous internships, and basic OS and Embedded programming concepts. Nothing too difficult. Mostly focused on character.
On-site: Asked me to draw schematics of school projects and provide lots of detail. Interviewed with 4 different employees.
