I was an intern turn to full time. got this opening on intranet towards the end of of my internship period. Communicated with the concerned HR and got through pretty fast otherwise this process usually takes around 3 months in average. It took me all 1 month from the date of interview to joining date. 1st round was phone interview screening with HR, then a round of 1:1 with the manager, finally with the top management over telephone again and then got joining.

Negotiation Details
Negotiation is pretty difficult with them, hard shelled but finally were able to trap me. It seemed as I got through my way. But I am happy now with what I am getting.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

The interview was good. It was great experience. You should be good in English to get your place in Deloitte. The interview will be very cool and the interviewer will make you feel easy. I hope the Deloitte interview is one of the best interviewing process.

4 interviews each 30 mins. sepcific questions to corporate finance. people were very nice and we talked a lot about the private stuff. i got the offer directly after the interwiev and accepted. very cool team. its worth to apply at deloitte, but depends what department. located not very central.

The process started with an aptitude test. This test consisted of mathematics related questions, IQ test, Essay writing, summary writing etc. Once i qualified this test, I was interviewed on phone. This phone interview was more on test of my skills that I had mentioned in my CV. Since my job is more of research based, I was asked several questions related to research and analysis, authenticating a result etc. The final round was a simple skills based test for grammar and preci writing.
When you are going for an interview at Deloitte, make sure you have your basics right. They will train you on everything but for that you must have some skills from before. Also, be very confident as you will get bonus points on that and you chances of getting selected will improve.
The people here are very friendly, work culture is superb. You will love to work over here. Here they pay special attention to work-life balance. Also, here they offer several avenues for your professional growth. I would say that Deloitte is indeed the best place to be.
