The phone interview lasted almost 1 hour and was very detailed. But there was nothing unexpected. Alot of the information relating to the questions could be found online and on the Deloitte website. The questions asked for real life examples and explanations therefore being honest would be the best option.

We applied online. Howeverm there were several on-campus recruiting events where you met the recruiters and made an impression. There was only one interview with two people. Questions were customized to your resume

I was recommended by a former colleague who was currently in the same position to an identical position in a different city. After numerous phone calls, e-mails, I worked with an HR recruiter directly to set up an phone interview. The phone interview was very simplistic, basically asking why are you qualified for the position. 6 weeks later (probably due to the holidays), I received an email for setting up a face to face interview. That interview was with three managers from different departments asking some technical questions and a lot of behavioral questions. Two days after that interview, I was asked to come in for another face to face with the hiring manager. This interview was weird, asking things like "Are you certain you're qualified for this position?" and "Won't you get bored doing this?" The people were very nice but the hiring manager was difficult to understand going from very friendly to very competitive.

This place offers a very good working environment. Everyone supports each other as a team. It takes to steps to join this company. First, doing the skill test where the problems are accounting, tax and audit questions. After passing it, you will come to interview section where you will be interviewed by Human Resources Department staff and your user. This interview is more on your personality. Finally, after interview, it comes to offering section and salary negotiation.

Basic questions; zero technical questions; 1 interview with partner of firm; talked a lot about personal life; strengths, weaknesses, a few scenario questions. Overall, pretty easy, laid back interview. Just be enthusiastic about working there, act excited, and be prepared to ask good questions.
