Interviewed Mar 2012 in Austin, TX (took a day)
They were the only firm of the Big Four that didn't fly someone out from the the McLean, VA office throughout the recruiting/interviewing process. To me, that had a huge negative impact. The people that I met didn't seem to fit my personality type. As far as the interview went, it was not conversational at all. They drilled me with questions, and while I was prepared for all of them, I just wasn't comfortable and didn't feel like I could be myself during the interview.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Austin, TX (took 2 weeks)
I applied through the schools career center and was selected to interview for the position. The first round consisted of 1 - 30 minue behavioral intervew and 1 - 30 minute technical (Excel) interview. I was invited to second round of interviews the following day which consisted of 1 - 45 minute behavioral interview and 1 - 45 minute business case interview.
Behavioral questions are a given; however, know your Excel and know how to tackle a business case question.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Austin, TX (took 2 days)
Employer: Deloitte US LLC:
Having worked for Capgemini US LLC for almost 5 years, it was a good time to evaluate the Consulting Market and understand better where I stand in the industry and look for a better opportunity.
It started with positing my resume online on Deloitte Careers.
I received a call from the Hiring Manager within a week. I must say the gentleman was one of the best hiring managers I have interacted with, till date. He was very precise, extremely encouraging and portrayed Deloitte in a great way. It got me very interetested to comtinue with my application.
I had my Round1 of Technical Interview. Once again, the interviewer was very structured/methodical, on time and it was a breeze fr me into Round2.
Round2 was onsite in Austin at the Deloitte Headquarters. I was interviewed by 2 Senior Managers and a Principal. Everyone was very polished, knowlegeable, made me very comfortable during the interviews and hinted at the interview going really well. It was a long, well spent day in the company of some great people.
When I walked out, I knew I would get the offer. I learnt it the same evening that I did.

Reason for Declining
I have been working in the role of a Manager at Capgemini for almost over a year and I was not ready to join Deloitte as a Senior Associate. I would however recommend Deloitte as a great company to work for if you get the opportunity.
At this point of time, I value my current employer Capgemini very highly and decided to stay back till another golden opportunity comes my way.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Austin, TX (took a day)
The two 30-minute, back to back interviews were both very rushed. Neither interviewer knew exactly the questions they wanted to ask, but both loved to talk. This may have been because they were distracted with interviewing over 200 other students for intern positions, whereas only ten for this full-time position.
The company preview night was irrelevant to the interview process. It is just a way for them to "pre-select" those that they are interested in before they come into interview.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Austin, TX (took a day)
There were 2 interviews, one was behavioral, one was a case, both 30 minutes, back to back. The first interview was conducted by a partner. Frankly he came off as a little conceited. He got more technical than I would have liked, as I never indicated that I was interested in a very technical position. For a student candidate, I'm not underqualified, but he certainly didn't shy away from making me feel as though I was. The case was more technical, but the interviewer didn't go out of her way to give me a hard time.
