Interviewed Oct 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 days)
Very comfortable interview experience, both interviewers are very laidback and freindly to talk with. Average case questions which they do not encourage you using the standard case framworks to answer, and would prefer creative and innovative resolutions. Seems like they care more about if the candidate will be a cultural fit to the environment than possessing the technical or professional skills to analyze business cases. Overall,a very enjoyful expereince.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took a day)
There were 2 interviews for the first round. The ones selected for the second round would be called in the next day. I didn't make it to the second round. The first round consists of one case interview and one behavioral interview. The manager giving me the case interview was not very friendly and I didn't feel a good vibe from the conversation. The behavioral interview was better. However, I assume that in the first round, the major weight is given to the case interview.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2 days)
The interview process was quite standard and relatively easy. However, due to their regional recruiting model, they would reject candidates for not applying for the local offices.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 2 days)
Initial screen, followed by two interviews with EMs (each 30 minutes). One was behavioral/experience and the other was a case interview. After passing the initial screen and first round, then had a one-on-one interview with a partner/director. It lasted for an hour, and about one week later I received an offer and accepted. Everyone was great throughout the process, and I came away extremely impressed with the firm as a whole and the particular office. I interviewed (and did not receive an offer) at MBB, and this interview was on par with Bain (though BCG and McK were harder than both Bain and Deloitte).

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Hyderabad (India) (took a day)
The Procedure was pretty simple, Deloitte employees are very good in terms of showing making you feel comfortable and keeping you confident al the time. Initially, we had a IQ test, which consisted of Maths, and verbal questions (pretty simple actually). The shrlsted candidates were made in to groups and each presented with a Business case study. We had to discuss among ourselves and come up with a solution for the company. Then it was followed by personal interview, which was mostly like a HR round, no technical questions.
