Interviewed Feb 2008 in Atlanta, GA (took 1 week)
I interviewed first on the phone--behavioral interview with questions like "what makes you interested in Deloitte" and "walk me through your resume". Then interviewed in person in Atlanta --with one senior manager I did a case interview and with another senior manager on the same day I did another behavior interview--this was more specific on skills I had, etc than the one over the phone had been. Really liked the people and got an offer one business day later (Friday to Monday).

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 3 days)
Have a first and second round interview.
First round: one 1/2 hr behavioral and one 1/2 hr case interview. Both were with managers.
Came out with decisions either that night or day after.
Second round: one full hour interview with a partner and senior manager. It consisted of a full case interview.

Negotiation Details
No. I did ask about changing office locations from LA to SF but it seemed unlikely and I didn't push it further. I have talked to other people who said that changing offices was possible but usually took a good year or two in the current office and required there to be a legitimate reason, such as family or significant other, as well as networking with people in the preferred office location to make sure people would want to put you on their cases if you transferred.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took a day)
they tried very hard to make those invited to interview on campus feel special - coffees, dinners, emails from current analysts offering their guidance, and so on. however, the interview itself was terrible; my behavioral interviewer tried some bizarre twist on the typical "tell me about a time when..." technique which basically involved him interrupting me all the time and asking about a very limited skill set. and i wasn't once asked about a) the skills most relevant to the job or b) why i wanted to work for that firm or in consulting. the case interviewer also gave me a bad experience, rushing me through the case distractedly, not allowing me to finish sentences, getting impatient when i asked for a second or two to set up an analytical framework, etc. ... not things i would have expected if he was trying for a "stress" interview, so i think he was just bored and completely lacking in manners and patience. definitely did not feel as if i had a fair shot.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 2 days)
The first round interviews consisted of one case interview (30 minutes) and one behavioral interview (30 minutes). The case interviews are very structured, which is unlike the Big 3: The interviewer asks you a question, you take some time to think about it, you present your answer then the interviewer will change the direction of the interview. Feedback is given immediately so you have a good gauge of how you are doing. The final interview is a one hour case interview but this time you have two interviewers. However I finished the case in about 30+ minutes and the rest of the time was spent just talking about my experiences. So in effect it was similar to the first round interviews, just that now there are two interviewers.
Overall the atmosphere was very relaxed and it was definitely the most enjoyable case interview that I had.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 2 weeks)
1st round: Two 45-minute on-campus interviews with consultants who had been at the firm for a few years. Both began with a few minutes of traditional resume questions (tell me about yourself, give me your elevator pitch) and then transitioned into a discussion about a previous client engagement.
2nd round: Three case studies with senior managers at the office. The cases were mostly qualitative--if there were numbers involved they were very basic and only used to show a general trend.

Reason for Declining
Accenture makes a great effort during second rounds to expose you to consultants from an array of offices since BA recruitment is not office specific. The conversations were all very casual and everyone was very friendly.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Chicago, IL (took 2 days)
1st round- 30 min behavioral (very simple and general questions), 30 min case- very simple. 2nd round- 60 min case- much more difficult on the second day (built in quantitative that goes very in-depth). Overall, positive people that seem to want you to do well. If they like you, they will place you wherever you request
