Interviewed Feb 2012 (took a day)
Interview process was very smooth and enjoyable. Consisted of two on-campus interviews: one was behavioral and the other was case study. Know the SDLC example case from the Deloitte website, but it was pretty laid back and easy.
Called the next day to say I didn't get 2nd rounds (this was for the BTA summer scholar intern position), but to reapply in the fall for a full-time position.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 2 days)
It was an one-hour interview separated to two parts, behavior and case interviews. The first half hour was a behavioral interview with a current Deloitte Consulting manager. Basically, he would find some interesting points on interviewee's resume and ask more detail questions about the experience. The second part was the case interview, and the interviewer was a current principal in Deloitte. He first started with reading the case, and then you will have time to ask questions and organize your thought.
Time control is very important in both part. In the case interview, asking the right questions is also a key to the success.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
Went to an interview on campus. The first was a 30min behavioral interview, which was mostly about my resume and my teamwork experience. It was pretty easy and I felt it went well. Next were 2 30-minute case interviews by two different people. I didn't feel too prepared for the case interviews though. They led me on for 3 weeks before telling me I didn't get an offer.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Arlington, VA (took a day)
I was set up with a very helpful phone mock interview first. The actual interview consisted of a 1/2 hour case and 1/2 hour behavioral, each with different interviewers. They didn't seem unfriendly, but neither smiled that much. The case was pretty tough. Communication before the interview was excellent.

Process began with a pre-placement talk. The company professionals detailed us about the company, job profile, interview process, work culture.
The actual process began with a aptitude test, followed by a group discussion and finally the personal interview.
Aspiring candidates must be flexible in the approach towards their work, must have

Interviewed Oct 2011 in McLean, VA (took 1 week)
Two part interview. First part was standard "tell us about a difficulty" type questions. Second interview was a case study, with a different person. You're given just a few details of a project and asked to reflect on them with questions like "If you had to tell a company CIO three things, what would they be?"
My gut says that, had I tracked closer to describing the software development life cycle -- as a couple friends had -- I would have gotten further. But one of course never knows what people's reasons are.
