Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 2 weeks)
- Had preliminary phone screening with HR rep gauging interest and ability to communicate (questions appeared to be read from script)
- Technical phone interview discussing and relating experience to Deloitte's core principles. More a conversation rather than QandA.
- In person interview addressed topics discussed in phone interview with a focus to assess ability to think on your feet and address core competencies of job. Goal of the interview was not to test your technical background or prior experience but to assess your ability to listen closely and respond intelligently.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 weeks)
I had a first round interview on campus consisting of two 2:1 interviews with alumni and senior level analysts. The first round had a small case interview - nothing too difficult but requires you to think out your rationale - and a general fit interview.
The second round was help at the office - I had around 14 interviews all day excluding a lunch out with other analysts! But it was all behavioral and to see if you fit into their culture, so I don't think it was too terrible.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Diegem (Belgium) (took 4 weeks)
The process consisted of multiple stages. I first applied online, added my cv, which was screened by human resources. The next step was a phone call with a recruiter. I was asked to motivate my application, and subsequently asked for my job preference within Deloitte. The recruiter invited me to attend a business case.
The business case was done in groups. We were handed a brochure which expounded the situation of a fictitious company that had called in Deloitte for advice. Solving of the case consisted of an individual reading of the material, a group discussion and a presentation of the findings at the end. The whole process was in English and observed by someone from Deloitte.
A few days later I got an invitation for two (out of three) interview: one with someone from human resources, and one with a senior manager from within the business unit to which I applied. The first interview was a (very) traditional job interview in three languages. The second interview was in English and was altogether much more casual and easygoing. We discussed my resume, and there were plenty of opportunities for me to ask questions. This last interview gave me the impression of a very open corporate culture, with a very down to earth attitude from people with seniority.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took a day)
The interview consisted of two sessions with two different seniors of 45 minutes each. The first was from a lower senior, with more day-to-day job skills experience, he seemed to try to evaluate how I would fit in with those day-to-day activities. He seemed to ask many more of the difficult questions of me and made me sell my desire to be part of the firm pretty well. The second was with a partner, he seemed to evaluate my fit with the corporate culture and tried to gauge my interest in the corporate culture. The partner did not seem to let me talk much, this part of the interview seemed to be much more high-level, however, I have no doubt he was evaluating me as well as the other.

Interviewed Jul 2008 in Detroit, MI (took 3 weeks)
It began with a phone interview conducted by a recruiter - this was just general stuff and easy questions. Then, after a few weeks, I was contacted for an interview with the manager. This was a behavioral interview with questions like "tell me about a time you didn't meet expectations". Immediately following that, I had a third interview with the senior manager which was split between straightforward questions and behavioral ones. There was a pretty grueling background check which required detailed information about my employers for the past 10 years and let me tell you, they verified every single thing!! They grilled my references pretty hard, too.
