I was an intern turn to full time. got this opening on intranet towards the end of of my internship period. Communicated with the concerned HR and got through pretty fast otherwise this process usually takes around 3 months in average. It took me all 1 month from the date of interview to joining date. 1st round was phone interview screening with HR, then a round of 1:1 with the manager, finally with the top management over telephone again and then got joining.

Negotiation Details
Negotiation is pretty difficult with them, hard shelled but finally were able to trap me. It seemed as I got through my way. But I am happy now with what I am getting.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

First was the round of computer test for aptitude....then presentation in campus by the company...then...2 people took interview (consisting of questions related to projects done in college and networking and database)...then 2 people took hr interview.

The interviewer had a negative vibe and kept on saying upfront that I won't be a fit for the job. He also blabbered that his company hires people who think that it is their own company and work hard. Not people who can come and get paid n charity. I got pissed off and decided I won't join the concern even if they offer me a position.

There was a written test which consisted of aptitude and technical questions both and then the shortlisted candidates were divided in groups of 7-9. Each group was allotted 20 minutes for discussion and study of the topic and then they had to present it as a group of consultants. After which again few students were shortlisted for the interview based on their performance in the presentation. The interview was casual, apart from the usual questions they asked questions on basics of SQL.

After an awsome presentation, first they took written round-2 papers: general apti<easy> and technical<HTML,C basics,SQL>. then they shortlisted around 45(out of 120), next was a group discussion, which was basically a case study<like bill forgery or money laundering case: simple>, finally technical and HR interview.
In interview they asked questions from the paper of round one<i got full marks in technical paper in round one, so it was easy to crack> followed by some more HTML fundas then HR.
The litrally offered a position in interview<you never know if they are fake or real, even if your interview iz good>. Interview was interesting and performance was fine, though they took the pleasure of taking a girl candidate in my place. They are biased towards girls. Excellent option for girls, guyz may have to fight a little for success in company as they have to climb mountain barefooted, whereas girls are give escalators for the same.

There was a written examination with more than 800 applicants of which they picked 30. Then there was the first round of personality test / behavioral internview followed by another personal interview with higher management. Then they selected 12 people and took us for dinner in a fancy hotel.

The Procedure was pretty simple, Deloitte employees are very good in terms of showing making you feel comfortable and keeping you confident al the time. Initially, we had a IQ test, which consisted of Maths, and verbal questions (pretty simple actually). The shrlsted candidates were made in to groups and each presented with a Business case study. We had to discuss among ourselves and come up with a solution for the company. Then it was followed by personal interview, which was mostly like a HR round, no technical questions.
