Interview
Two part interview. First part was standard "tell us about a difficulty" type questions. Second interview was a case study, with a different person. You're given just a few details of a project and asked to reflect on them with questions like "If you had to tell a company CIO three things, what would they be?"
My gut says that, had I tracked closer to describing the software development life cycle -- as a couple friends had -- I would have gotten further. But one of course never knows what people's reasons are.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
