Interviewed Jan 2012 in Washington, DC (took 2 weeks)
I was contacted by the recruiter via email. We set up a time to talk, and I went through an initial basic interview for 30 minutes over the phone. I was invited in to interview with a few senior managers. The interview was set up 1 on 1 style with three sr managers. After a couple days, I was invited to a final round interview. Interviewed with another senior member. Offer made about a week after.

I was, but not by much. The salary, company and benefits are great though, no complaints
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
