Two younger employees took me out to lunch and answered any other questions I had. I got a call from the recruiter the next week with an offer.

Interview consisted of speaking to future peers, at every level. Recruiter, Associate, Senior Associate, Manager(2), Senior Manager(2), Partner. Every conversation was mainly focused on displaying your ability to work in a team environment. Few technical questions, but volunteered a lot to show ability to perform job duties. Almost every interview ended with "I'll give the recruiter feedback and you should hear back soon". Which turned out to be a positive thing.

Interview Details – Deloitte recruits heavily through my school, so there were a number of pre-interview events including a case study workshop. I attended all of them and felt like I made a strong connection with the representatives. First round is broken up into two parts, a behavioral assessment and a case study assessment each with a different senior-level manager/partner. The second round is a case study with another partner and this is primarily a cultural-fit assessment.
Interview Question – Make sure you know the basics of software development, there are a couple of sample case studies on deloitte's website. Other than that the behavior portions of the interviews are pretty standard. Answer Question
I interviewed at Deloitte LLP in May 2013.
Interview Details – *The interview process was okay. The people were nice, but the case interviewer was a bit rude. It was rushed, and there was no feedback. The interviewer was on his computer sending emails and so on and I felt like I didn't receive the attention I deserved.

I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Deloitte LLP in March 2012.
Interview Details – I was first interviewed on a school campus for an internship position in the audit field. Once I completed the first round of interviews, I was asked to travel to Houston for an office tour of the company and for multiple interviews. Once this was completed, I was called the same day and told that I would have the internship. The internship lasted from January through mid March, the busiest time of year for auditing.
