I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Deloitte LLP in March 2012.

Interview Details – Was contacted for a 30-minute phone interview by HR. Basic phone interview behavioral questions, based around your speaking on past experiences (e.g. "Tell me about a time when you were forced to make a difficult decision in a group setting.).

Was then asked to come out to the office, but I could not make it, so a video-conference interview was set up. Three one-on-one 30-minute interviews. One based on technical skills, the other two more of conversations about past experiences and the items on my resume. Everyone was VERY friendly and they made the whole process a lot easier.
