Deloitte's HR recruiter interviewed with me over the phone, then asked me to come into the office to meet the team. I met and interviewed with four members of the Los Angeles marketing and communications team, one after another for half an hour each, so the interview time totaled 3 hours. Each person asked different questions and talked about different aspects of the department and position. I was told that they would make a decision very quickly, then send the offer to national for approval. The decision making process was delayed because they had a fierce debate about whether to hire me or a former Deloitte employee. In the end they chose the former employee, but they were very impressed with my skills.
