Interviewed Nov 2011 in Mumbai (India) (took a day)
Very matured and couple of rounds of interview including an automated telephonic test (IVR) of english.
Although I was rejected in the last round of the interview (where usually people are not rejected :) ) with Sr Director but I think, I could not just handle his question in better ways.
Those were very generic & situation based questions and no technical and let me tell you, there is no right or wrong answer, it is just that, at that point how does the panel review your answer.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Mumbai (India) (took a day)
Aptitude test was fairly simple. Followed by a GD which focused on software models. Then a presentation was given by the group after reaching a consensus to a panel. After that the HR interview.
Surprisingly the whole process didn't have any technical questions except the GD. The aptitude test had questions from language , maths and logic. The order was random. In the GD we were given a case study we were supposed to discuss and reach a solution. After reaching a solution our group had to give a presentation to separate panel.
The interview HR interview focused mainly on soft skills and how I acquired them via team projects. They look for strong personalities.

Interviewed May 2011 in Mumbai (India) (took 3 weeks)
The interview process was pretty standard. 1st round was telephonic (I dont prefer telephonic) at the end of which I could gauge my performance and was pretty sure about the call for next round. Though I had an option of choosing telephonic, I volunteered for face2face interview.
The 2nd round interview (at the gap of 1week) was very detailed and very technical. You need to showcase your hold on the technology and the fundamentals of application of the technology of your interest. The person who interview me was Industry Principal Consultant, and he was obviously very well read.
The 3rd round (after 1 week) was with the hiring manager. I was a panel interview headed by the Senior Manager from Oracle practice group in Deloitte. It was kinda difficult round. They cross-questioned and stretched on certain questions a little too long.
Then came the offer letter with complete feedback on interview.

Reason for Declining
I loved the people who interviewed me, BUT I was pissed at the ill-mannered HR people at Deloitte. They dont have basic manners.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Mumbai (India) (took 2+ weeks)
Really organized interview. They knew exactly what they were looking for. Direct questions - no nonsense.
But, I must add, none of the interviews were stress ones. More like friendly discussion types.
First one was with my to-be-manager. Technical questions and quesries on my past projects. Was asked to prepare a presentation on a topic.
Partner Interview was a bit tricky one. None of the questions had any 'right' or 'wrong' answer. Probably they were trying to check how I deal with different situations.
HR round was FTF. Do negotiate - they say that they won't, but they have the capability to raise significantly if they like you.
