Interviewed Dec 2010 in San Francisco, CA (took 2 months)
I was approached by a Deloitte recruiter on LinkedIn and had a great experience with the interview process. The process started with a phone call with a recruiter to answer general questions about the position and the company. After that, I had a phone interview with a Manager who tested my excel skills and asked some analytical questions. Finally, I was flown out for my final round of interviews with a Manager and two Senior Managers in the region. Each interview had a different "theme" - behaivoral questions, some analytical questions, and a case study. I received my offer several days after my final interview.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Boston, MA (took 4+ weeks)
First was a phone screening by the staffing employee. It was just about what I had done in the past, so he could deem whether it was a fit for the role. Next I had a phone interview with a person from another location. There was a standard set of questions asked--almost directly off the sheet of paper. Some of the questions were so basic that I second guessed myself as to whether they were trick questions, but they were not. Things like "What is a budget" and "What do you do when a budget does not tie out".
The final step in the process was three face-to-face interviews. One was a case study, although it was more like a series of behavioral interviewing questions. The second was a technical analysis, evaluating my excel/powerpoint, etc skills. The third was more of a personality interview, as the interviewer and I just had a conversation about all topics.

Negotiation Details
Deloitte offers are more than fair, but I doubt they negotiate much. I tried to squeeze a few more dollars out of them and had an answer in about 5 minutes that the offer was what it was. Like I said, it was already more than I was expecting, so I accepted.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 4 weeks)
The interview was one-on-one and they asked some of the toughest quetions I have ever been asked. They were either tough or worded in a way I have never heard the question asked. One of the questions was name one of your values and name a time that you went against that value. I came up with something with respect and a time i had failed to respect someone. But, all in all you have to be extremely prepared and try not to over think!
