Interviewed Jan 2010 in San Jose, CA (took 2 days)
The process was smooth and flawless. I met with my immediate supervisor and spent about two hours initially. I also met with at least two other upper management employees at the time. It was a pleasant process and during the interview I did not encounter any trick questions or hard to answer questions from my supervisor.

Negotiation Details
Negotiations went smooth as well. There was no need for any hard negotiations since the pay was more than I expected, and I was happy with the outcome.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
