The interview process was a typical consulting firm interview. Two back to back 30 min interviews. However, only one was a case interview. The other was a fit interview asking typical fit questions. Overall, interviewers seemed excited about their company.

I was interviewed by a Deloitte manager at my university's career center. She seemed really convivial and upbeat. Her questions were pretty typical. I would recommend preparing in advance in order to better answer interview questions.

They were running behind that day. My interview was nearly 2 hours later than originally stated.
First interview is a behavior interview with senior partner. He shuffled a stack of papers, didn't seem to know my background or much interested in my responses. I am not sure if this is a behavioral test to see how I would act under pressure or if my interviewer was genuinely stressed out because they were running behind. We seemed to be on the same page towards the end of the interview.
Second interview (same day) was a case interview.

initially: online application
receive phone call to go to group interview
then final stage is one on one interview with a partner.
best advice would be to be yourself, no one wants to work with someone who is ingenuine. big thing about Deloitte was how friendly everyone was so don't be nervous about the interviews!
