The interview process was not organized. I had three initial phone screens with a recruiter before I was flown to the Chicago office for a day of interviews. This day consisted of three one on one interviews with higher ups in the company: 1 interview about my career and school history, 1 case study/technical interview, and 1 interview that was basically just BS'ing with a partner. I was left to walk out of the building alone not knowing when I'd be contacted again. It took weeks for the recruiter to get back to me.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 5 months)
I had two phone interviews with a Manager and a Senior Manager. Both interviews were very skills assessment / behavioral / fit assessment type interviews. I had three 1:1 interviews:
1. With a Specialist (Manager level) where we mostly talked detailed solution development and technology implementation. Very informal interview centered more around my experiences.
2. Case Interview with a Senior Manager. Technology case interviews are a little different from regular case interviews.
3. Informal / Behavioral interview with a Director.

I didn't negotiate my salary as I received a 25% raise from my previous salary.

The hiring process started with a phone call from HR for 30 minutes> The HR was ver professional and nice. then a behavioral 1:1 interview and then 2 case study interviews.

Had initial phone screen with HR followed by a "technical" interview via the phone. THe final step was a in person interview with three seperate managers and a director from Deloitte. I expected a more extensive technical interview instead of a more behavior based assessment.
