It was mainly a technical interview. Both the time they a asked technical questions. Only some simple english and mechanical and mathematics test.

There was written test that has aptitude and a technical test.
once i cleared it,,,there was a panel discussion with two members..
the interviewers were very friendly and discussion was cool.It was on C prog language.
after clearing this i was put on to manager round which was just to check my body language..
it was nice...

The offer made was a blunder..HRs changed the policies and told that i will be taken as a contract employee...
since i wan passioante to work on programming i accepted for this offer .

1. Complete a paper about translation EN/CN and CN/EN in 0.5 hour.
2. Interview with function manger about experience and technical in 1 hour.
3. Interview with HR about some common questions in 0.5 hour.

The interview took aproximately 30 min. There where basically common questions from different disciplines(robotics, PLC's, sensors and transducers). I was I my first interview after graduation, but in my opinion it was kind of a formal one(they needed personell so they hired everithing that moved).

I was applying for another positions but the Manager thought I was better suited for this postion. I I reviewed the description and felt this way as well. I was really impressed that they were looking to make us both happy if they decided to move forward with me. I interviwed over the phone and later in person. Both went really well.

I was contacted by the company to inquire regarding my interest in the opening for a contract engineering position. Since it was at a company that I had already worked for and a very similar job to that which I had previously done I was familiar with the job and the company was familiar with my skills and performance. The interview lasted about 2 hours one-on-one with the person to whom I would report. It was a very easy interview.
