When I spoke with them they were kind of vague as to how I had done and what the following steps would be. Do be prepared however to answer several questions about why you of all people should be hired and also about your customer service experience.

Customer Service Agent at Delta Air Lines

No Offer – Interviewed in Atlanta, GA Jan 2012 – Reviewed Feb 22, 2012

Interview Details – I have been applying for delta on my own for over years online to no avail. Ive always completed the very long application, did the 100+ quest assessment (havent had that lately though) pass that, phone interview and passed that. never a f2f offer. the moment i had someone recommend me i finally get a f2f interview a week later. i hate that you have to know someone with ability to push u a little forward now a days in order to get a job in almost any industry.

get there day of interview with a group of about 20 ppl and go over position and upcoming training. then the were 3 ppl who would come and grab someone for a 1 on 1 interview. i was hoping i didnt get the one lady that seemed to have no personality but of course i did. the interview was very straight forward, no personality in the interview just read interview questions. but in the end u have to do a mock pa announcement to the interviewer from a scenario on a paper. that part i can admit was not my best only bc i never heard that particular announcement made b4 (i know it happens i just never heard it personally) and i held back on a funny line (not bad) i had in my head bc since i never that b4 i didnt know what was appropriate to say. so my announcement wasnt bad it was just generic. other than that i thought i had a great interview, then again i always think my interviews go well and never hear back, smh.

then i was told i'll hear back from them in a few days but i did not and later i had read on the internet that they would offer a conditional job offer to you right away meaning if you got it they'll send you to another room with the ppl who made it and offer the job (i guess do the drug test and get more info) and you pretty much got the job if drug and background comes back clean. so for me, the u'll hear back from us is the kiss of death. i still apply now and goin to continue until i get it.
