I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Delta Air Lines.

Interview Details – PMO lead then Program Lead...it was obvious that the 2 were not working for the same organization. That should have been a signal to me. PMO lead wants to know about approach, etc. typical but good questions. Program Lead wants to know if you are a super star and can you handle multiple managers. What he doesn't say is, they will often conflict, be territorial, and change direction almost every week without benefit of clear, concise, correct objectives, goals,and successes.

Interview Question – Program Lead wants to know how you will gain the trust of the client stakeholder who has not been "amenable". This gives way to speculation and not rooted in knowledge based answers.   View Answer
